「Great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean but painting is a definite need. Parking garage is tight and entry and exit requirements are a pain. Very noisy 24/7 but that is due to its location next to the Broadway Strip. If you are looking for a quite night I would suggest going elsewhere. 」

「The room was quite large and very clean. It is a waste to stay alone, and there is also a pool gym, which is highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Nashville.」

So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.」

「The only hiccup that occurred was there was no parking pass left in the apartment for us. After texting them we were able to get one from another room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good - recommend taking pot holders and baking pan if you want to use the oven.」

「We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!」

「It was a different experience without front desk without any employee but it felt like home. Very nice place, very clean very quiet.」

「This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street...

「Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. 」

「This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress.」
