Relax and enjoy this 3 Bedroom , 2 full Bath home with an extra upstairs loft for plenty of guests and all the amenities. Watch as the sun burns away the early morning fog to reveal the incredible 180 degree view of Smith Lake.

Make the most of the day on our brand new 2 level dock with plenty of shade upstairs and a large boat slip and swim platform complete with 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and lots of floats, life jackets, and water toys.

Enjoy the sunset from our shaded pergola as you recap the days adventures with friends, or relax around our large fire-pit and enjoy a cozy fire.

Great property, relaxing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Wonderful location, great property, and great communications with the host/owner. Many things stood out, but one that I found to be unique was the quality of the furniture in the living spaces. It was all EXCELLENT and tremendously comfortable, which is really appreciated by older guests like myself. Unfortunately that is often not the case at many of the other VRBO homes I've stayed at in the past. I would definitely recommend this property, and would stay here again.

Perfect weekend Getaway

This place was perfect.. My dad’s birthday is Aug 19 and loves fishing, we rented this as a little bday getaway for him. Not going to lie the steps to the lake were a pain but not complaining we had access to lake and the awesome lake toys were a plus especially since we didn’t have to bring our own.

Lake Cabin with Great Location and Double Decker Dock and

Lagniappe was a great lake house cabin that has everything you need for our last minute simple, fall lake vacation. The location on the lake is perfect with deep water at the dock, away from heavy boat traffic, but convenient to be on the main lake quickly. The double decker dock is great with plenty of water toys provided. Communication with the owners was great as well. The house has a few items that need to be repaired/upgraded in the off season to make it a 5 star property, but nothing that detracted from our stay. The stairs to the loft and basement are unique, but no problem for our family. The pool table and games provided plenty to do on the rainy days.

Beautiful

The only things I would suggest is more details on the steps to the water, it’s a lot! As well as more description on the Master Bedroom, not having an actual door, just a thick curtain. And it being open to the loft upstairs, so very little to no privacy. The kitchen is MUCH larger than the pictures make it look.
