With two bedrooms, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, the domicile offers space for up to 4 people (+ cot). Enjoy the extensive view of the marvellous landscape from every room or from the south-facing balcony and immerse yourself in a world of peace and relaxation.

    Inside the flat you will find a comprehensive range of facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, hand blender, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and crockery for 5 people. The two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - are ideal for an undisturbed night's sleep thanks to blackout curtains. The interior is complemented by a bathroom with shower/WC, a living room with a cosy couch, satellite TV, DVD, stereo system, WLAN and useful extras such as a first aid kit and a hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, and for stays of more than 10 nights an intermediate clean is even included.

    The outdoor area of the country estate with its communal garden invites you to relax and linger. For all sun worshippers and those seeking relaxation, the south-facing balcony with seating is the perfect place to unwind. There is a playground for children to play in and sports enthusiasts can let off steam on the table tennis table. There is also a charging station for electric cars and the owner, who lives on the property, is happy to provide tips on the surrounding area.
