The domicile is new and modern, equipped with many maritime details. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen you will find a cozy living area with a large box-spring sofa bed and flat screen TV, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the spacious balcony you are protected from wind and weather on the side facing away from the sea and still within earshot of the wave noise. The apartment is easily accessible via a lift.
