Summary:
Breckenridge Active Wellness Retreat featuring great views. Enjoy this spa-like home complete with Sauna (coming in May 2025), Hot Tub, Steam Shower, and plenty of room for private in home spa services. Enjoy entertaining on the decks with views of Peak 8 and 9 in Breck and the fully equipped game room with Billiards, Shuffleboard, and Arcades. Taivas Haus, meaning House of the Heavenly Sky in Icelandic, is located less than a mile from Main Street Breckenridge with access to the Shuttle Service within .2 miles.

The Space:
Featuring 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths across two levels, Taivas Haus is a spacious retreat in the heart of the Rockies. The main floor features the grand entry with exposed wooden beams, the half-bath powder room, a Great Room with gas fireplace and flat screen tv, expansive decks, the Chef inspired kitchen, and the formal dining space; as well as the primary bedroom for accessibility. Downstairs is the game room with Billiards, shuffleboard, arcades, a flat screen tv, and more. The 1st guest room features a king bed and twin bunk with trundle, and closet. The 2nd guest room features queen bed with closet. The downstairs primary features a king bed, a twin day bed, an ensuite bathroom with tub, and a walk in closet.

Getting Around:
.9 miles from Main Street and .2 miles from the shuttle pickup and drop off.

Other Things to Note:
The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 2-car garage.
No pets - $750 charge if undeclared pets found on premises.
Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Bikes are through a 3-rd party vendor with a discount code. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, not guaranteed.
No smoking allowed - $750 Fee
Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.
Security cameras on-site over driveway and walkway.
Fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.

As Beautiful As The Pictures.

Upon entry everything was clean, elegantly presented, with views that immediately dropped our blood pressure into relaxation mode. The pool table was an added bonus. We will rent this property again next year. The communication with the host was also spot-on.
