The Space:
Feel as if you have been tucked away in a nature wonderland as you arrive at this welcoming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin. This home is perfect for those looking to enjoy the simple things in life providing a cozy place to relax and unwind before heading out to enjoy the stunning nature of the area. Nestled within nature with the beautiful Swan River trickling past, this home provides the perfect home base for those looking for a peaceful getaway near many of the best locations for winter and summer activities.

As you arrive at the home you will find parking for 2 cars in the paved driveway right out front. Head up to the spacious front porch where a lovely outdoor patio set including a fire table greets you. This space provides a great space for entertaining or relaxing outside before you head into the home. As you step inside you will be welcomed by the cheery and bright open floor plan with the living/kitchen/dining area connected together complete with high ceilings and windows all around. Centrally located in the room is the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of appliances, ample cabinet space with classic wood finishes, and a kitchen bar with seating for 2. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area where you will find a table with seating for 2 tucked next large windows.

Steps away from the kitchen/dining area is the cozy living room outfitted with a plush couch with a chaise on one side, a chair, and chair, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen Roku TV. Cozy mountain decor and several lamps are situated around the room creating a welcoming warmth to the space making you feel right at home as you snuggle up and enjoy a movie or one of the several games in the home. The living room is a dynamic space that can be used as a sleeping area if needed with the couch turning into a pull-out queen bed.

On the other end of the cabin a full bathroom and bedroom is located. Step into the cozy bedroom where you will find a queen-size bed, a small cushioned bench, ample storage space with a large closet and built-in drawers, and a mirror with lights above that can double as a vanity. Next to the bedroom is the full bathroom, an intimate space that boasts all the essentials with a single-sink vanity, cabinet storage space, and a bathtub/shower combo with sliding glass doors.

Rounding out the home is the spacious outdoor spaces great for taking the entertaining outside. In addition to the lovely patio furniture set situated in the front of the home guests will find a a picnic table with an umbrella situated next to a BBQ on the deck that runs along the side of the home. In the back of the home you will find a peaceful backyard space with two Adirondack chairs to sit back and relax.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities of the area which include a shared pool, two indoor hot tubs, a game room, and a laundry room located in the main clubhouse.

This charming home places you near Swan River with a serene forest surrounding the area, it is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends looking to relax. Tucked between the mountain towns of Frisco and Breckenridge, the location of the home puts you in close proximity to some of the area's best ski slopes with Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Resort, Cooper Mountain, and others within a 30-minute drive away. With stunning and tranquil natural beauty all around be sure to spend some time enjoying the multiple hiking, biking, and walking trails found close by. Gain elevation and embark on a day in the mountains on the Colorado Trail found just a short walk from your front door. Enjoy a walk or some fishing along Swan River, or head to the Gold Hill trailhead for an out-and-back climb. If you are looking for a bit more city life you are just a short drive or bus ride from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy.

Getting Around:
This home is less than a five-minute drive to the Colorado Trailhead and to Gold Hill trailhead, placing the great outdoors just outside your door. Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are both around a 10-minute drive from this cozy home. In Breckenridge you will find multiple parking lots in downtown, such as one of the larger lots near the BreckConnect Gondola, providing easy access to the city and slopes. Summit County also offers the Summit Stage free ride bus, giving you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, and other surrounding areas. While the closest bus stop is 2.5 miles from the home, guests do have this as an option if needed.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, there is no A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Pets (dogs only) are only allowed with prior approval. Pet fees may apply.
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
