新市街にある便利なホテル
旧市街まで遠くなく、隣が大型モールで便利であり立地が良い。裏に流れるドナウ川沿いにはカフェやレストランがあり、川を見ながらゆっくり朝食をとった。ホテルのスタッフは皆親切、お部屋も清潔で快適だった。

ショッピングモールに隣接するスタイリッシュなホテル
中央駅よりトラムを利用しŜafárikovo nám停留所で下車約200m歩きます。近代的で綺麗。朝食も美味しく、ホスピタリティ溢れる大変良いホテルでした。 １泊の利用でしたが、旧市街へも徒歩15分、青の教会は道を間違えなければ7-8分くらいでしょうか。ホテルはおしゃれなショッピングモールに隣接しており、スタバやフードコートなどとても便利でした。１泊の利用でしたが、プラチスラバの街、なかなか面白く、数泊したかったです。

仕事で利用
ウィーン国際空港からバスで、中央ターミナルまで行き、そこから歩いて15分程度・タクシーで5分程度でした。旧市街まで、ドナウ川沿いのカフェに寄りながら、ゆっくり歩いて20分程度で着きます。ホテル自体は静かで、ゆっくり過ごせます。朝食は4日間、あまり変わらないバイキング内容でしたが、美味しかったです。ネットはWiFiで問題ありません。

スリッパもついていたし、必要最低限なものは揃ってました。歯ブラシは海外のホテルにはないので持参必要です。お水も毎日、小さなペットボトルで２つサーブされました。ショッピングセンターも近く、旧市街地にも近く便利でした。

ビジネスセンターが使いにくい点。つまり使い方の説明書がないこと、サポートする人も周りにいないこと。ほかにレセプションのスタッフの一部の対応が事務的であったこと。

Absolute Perfection
Absolute perfection! Perfect location if you want to shop and a very short walk to the Old town. Staff were really friendly, I was upgraded to the deluxe room which was very appreciated. Overall very pleasant stay.

Guests must pay to use the pool
Brilliant service and comfortable stay. However, I chose this hotel because it had a pool, thinking we could use this in the evenings. On check in we were told we had to pay 15 euros per person to use it. Had I known, I would've stayed elsewhere as was weighing up a few options. I did feel mislead on this as had not factored 30 euros extra per day into the price.

Excellent hôtel à Bratislava au bord du Danube
Excellent séjour dans ce Sheraton de Bratislava, un hôtel récent et très bien entretenu au bord du Danube. Il est aussi près di centre ville accessible à pieds et tout près d’un grand centre commercial. Beaucoup de restaurants et bars se trouvent à proximité. Le petit déjeuner s’est excellent avec une omelette cuite à la perfection. Le service est à la hauteur avec un personnel très professionnel.

Deceiving 5* with many extra cost
Location was next to a shopping center. Great if you like to shop. However, the pool access was 15 euros extra per person. Breakfast 26 euros per person. Spa access also extra charge. A bit of a walk to get to the main area. Wall paper in the room was falling apart and the view was of a wall. I recommend for this cost going more into the city center.
