"An excellently-located hotel for travellers arriving at and leaving from Brussels Midi station, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Our stay was less than great because of the temperature of the room, which when we arrived was probably in the high 20sºC and as such unbearable. When we told the front desk staff as we left for the evening the solution offered was to switch off the room's heating completely – when we returned the temperature had lowered slightly, but it was only in the small hours of the morning that it was anything like acceptable. The person on check-out the next morning was apologetic that the temperature had been so high."

"TV kept switching itself on throughout the night. Aircon didn't work, both hot and cold setting produced heat. Very limited restaurant menu, very expensive. Snack shop, very expensive and very few members of staff."

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "

"This listing is a scam!! They stole my money. I paid the deposit but didn’t receive any of the required details until after the booking, and they stopped responding when I asked for the information ahead of time. The communication was confusing, and they even asked for bank account information along with other unreasonable requests.This was a last-minute booking because I had to cancel a prior reservation, and I still never got my deposit back. I canceled several nights in advance and was promised a refund through Vrbo, but those promises were never fulfilled. I’ve had to dispute the charges myself, and I’m still waiting on the money.This property is run by thieves. I lost over 1,000. Do not book here. Do not stay here. It is a complete scam!!"
