This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Branson West ensures a peaceful Ozarks vacation. Up to 6 guests can spend days relaxing by the community pool (which is right beside unit building) or traversing through hiking trails that surround the condo. Once the sun sets, sit on the large private deck, which overlooks the beautiful Ozark Mountains, and enjoy the fantastic sights and sounds of the forested surroundings. You're bound to enjoy your stay at this condo!

There's no need to leave the comfort of your home-away-from-home to eat during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, or you can use the community charcoal grill to make juicy steaks and burgers.

The condo is located in the family-friendly Notch Estes condo community, just minutes from Table Rock Lake and Dogwood Canyon Nature Park! You can spend hours exploring the 145 acres of hiking trails that surround the condo. Take a short walk down the trail to fish at the private, 5-acre, catch and release lake. A license isn't required to fish on the private lake, so anyone can join in on the fun!

If you tire from fishing on the private lake, take a short drive to Table Rock Lake to swim and boat. Nature lovers will adore the miles of hiking trails which surround the lake.

If you're traveling with children, be sure to take them to Silver Dollar City. The 61-acre theme park is only 1 mile from Notch entrance and provides hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Travel 10 minutes to the Branson Strip for more family-friendly entertainment, shopping, and great dining opportunities.

Property was very clean, well maintained. Up to date as well with nice appliances and TV’s throughout. Only update I would recommend are the bed frames, they were squeaky. But overall an excellent place to stay, super comfortable!

Family Weekend

We stayed 3 nights, Thursday through Sunday when we checked out. The location is a piece from town so that should be taken into consideration. It's about a 15-minute drive into town to get to restaurants, theatres, etc. There were a couple of places to eat that were closer, including a reasonably priced pizza place. The condo itself, was great, clean, spacious, comfortable, nice back patio, everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and toilet paper, etc. It's a good idea to bring an extra trash bag for the kitchen. The only issue with the condo was the second bedroom tv and internet seemed to cut in and out. There seemed to be one plugin by the TV not working well, which we noticed when things we plugged in there were not charging. Things not directly related to the condo included that one of the pools was closed and there was a very noisy neighbor below us who blared loud music/tv/video games all day and until 11:00 p.m., when quiet time is listed as 10:00 p.m. When we got there, it was so loud it was vibrating the walls and the floor, we went down to his condo and told him to turn it down.

Beautiful, peaceful place and location

We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was very clean and well furnished. There was a beautiful view from the deck and it was very peaceful after being in the bustling downtown. The only reason we are giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there was no place for hangers in the second bedroom. The closet was locked so we had to hang all of our clothes in the master bedroom. It was fine with family being there but wouldn't have been good if two couples were staying there. Also, we brought our 85 year old mother who had trouble making it down the 4 foot drop of grade. It is true that the place didn't have steps as advertised but it is still somewhat tricky for those with mobility issues.

I always love coming here

We love staying here. Everything is so convenient, clean & well appointed . Drinking our morning coffee on the back deck is a must with a beautiful view & watching small animals at play. A nice place to get away & relax.

Fall Break trip

The condo was perfect for my family (me, spouse, toddler) and parents to rendezvous for a 3-day getaway in mid-October. Thanks for the easy communication and your thoughtful hospitality! We loved the balcony view, hiking trails and playground on property,and proximity to Silver Dollar City!

Great Condo

Was perfect for a small family reunion. Two older adult couples so we each had our own king size rooms. Property was as listed with the exception of what we consider 'Walk In', you do have to walk down to the end of parking area away from Handicap parking and walk down a small ramp to enter condo OR you have the option to walk down a set of stairs (unit is on the lower level from the parking lot). Clean an Quite area, might be noisy in the summer time as it is right next to pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved sitting outside on the deck, was able to see abundant wildlife in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable. Would suggest to condo owner to replace toilets with taller and more water efficient toilets. Older adults such as we were with arthritis and knee replacements had difficulty. But over all would love to stay again, if toilets are replaced.

Reunion Weekend

This was the perfect property for us during our college reunion weekend. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, with a serene view from the spacious deck. Branson West-Notch Estates

Had an excellent time, and stayed in an excellent location. Property clean, furnished, and beyond adequate. 1 property pool is right next door, to this location. Walking trials and private lake for fishing on site, although we did not do these, they start at this location also. This is a centralized location-The "strip" was within 15 min drive, Walmart and other grocery within 11 min drive, SDC was in 10 minutes drive to parking area. Responsive owners. Definitely would stay again, if we get back to the area.

Great Location

Quiet area yet close to everything. Very clean and well maintained pool. Condo needs a little updating but otherwise very comfortable and great place for the price. Communication was excellent.
