STUDA 8 is a place for short breaks – with a panoramic view, warmth and a delicate sense of seclusion. The stylishly furnished apartment with a loggia and view of the mountain panorama of Brand offers everything needed for relaxing days.

Ideal for two people – with space for up to four guests – and equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a private steam shower. A retreat that makes tranquillity tangible – clear, reduced and personally soothing.



Equipment

A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and steam function, and a bright living area with a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 1–2 children) offer everything for relaxed holiday days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.

The apartment is located at the entrance to Brand - quiet and close to nature, with a view of the greenery. Whether skiing, hiking or golfing - your mountain experience begins right at the doorstep. And thanks to the nearby bus stop, you remain flexible while travelling, even without a car.
