スタッフの笑顔が素敵なホテル

ホテルスタッフの笑顔と対応が、大変親切でキメ細かいものでした。下手な英語にも辛抱強く対応してくれます。そのおかげでケトルの貸し出しや、タクシーの予約もスムーズに交渉できました。室内は広く清潔で、外国には珍しくバスタブがあることが嬉しかったです。

We have family in Braga and make it a point to stay at Melia when visiting. This is our first time back since COVID. It was just as we left it which is good and bad. It is starting to show its age and may be in need of a refresh. The mattresses are terribly hard. While the dinner and breakfast buffets are well priced, we remember the food tasting better.

Très bon hôtel, chambre très propre, spacieuse, cosy. Il y avait un grand choix sur le buffet du petit-déjeuner. Nous gardons un magnifique souvenir de cet établissement et c'est sûr que nous y retournerons à notre prochain voyage à Braga.

Limited entertainment in room - the tv had no way of connecting to streaming apps and we couldn’t connect own entertainment devices in it. One of the robes in our room was dirty when we arrived. The cleaning lady came to our room and asked if we wanted cleaning, we said no and she just used the key card to enter the room anyway. The food selection at breakfast was very limited also.

Hôtel tout confort - moderne - spa et activités au top Très bon restaurant et petit-déjeuner Un peu loin de la ville mais ce qui a le plus d’intérêt est Dom Jesus et les sanctuaires autour et ils sont hors Braga. Pour l’hôtel tout était parfait

We love the convenience of this property. Needs maintenance (bathtub spout fell off, shower door wouldn’t go on track air conditioning was not working properly) and deep cleaning. Otherwise, pool, buffet and experience is good.

Together with my wife, I stayed a week in this hotel. It was a pleasure for us, the staff was amazing, the room was cleaned every day, at breakfast you had plenty to choose from, and the food at the restaurant was perfect. The only thing I consider negative is the price of 25 euros per day for a dog or a cat.

I choose this place to relax in the hotel after working. They sell that they have a very fast internet connection. My work for two days were a disaster. I couldn’t even have a meeting without using my 4g phone connection. Their internet was a disgrace. I bought the full package for the meals. For a place like Braga where you can eat the best Portuguese food everywhere this hotel was very very weak, with a limit of 2 dishes and all very basic. The buffet was good in the first day, but in the dinner when things are finish they don’t bring more. I arrived once at 21h00 and basically they didn’t have more to replace the things. By the way. The 2nd day were the remains of the day before. as it wasn't to my liking at all I ended up not showing up for the last lunch I had already paid for. Even at the last breakfast, the orange juice that many people want to drink had an absolutely strange taste and when I asked to change it they brought a new one that was exactly the same. All very strange for a 5 star hotel... Finally. The Spa part of the hotel, since there weren't many people turned out to be the best part.

Très bon hôtel et personnel très accueillant

Hôtel agréable où l’on s’y sent bien, au calme. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. La situation géographique est très pratique. Jolies piscines et belle salle de sport. Les suites sont superbes avec même des équipements pour faire du sport (dommage que le prix ait augmenté). Le seul bémol est qu’il y a aucun produit bio ni pour le petit déjeuner ni pour la douche, malgré que ce soit un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Melia was beautiful, stunning hotel. Stayed their for my brothers wedding party. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Food was also amazing. Melia is our go to going forward when staying in Portugal.

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

Excellent except for the quality of their internet, which was extremely slow and useless from time to time, including TV .
