"The staff is just an innocent bystander. I actually did not stay there. I tried to check in, but the first room they gave me a key to was filled with smoke and in a dirty and dark area of the hotel, near the parking lot. I was traveling alone and also did not want bad smell. The front desk staff changed my room to a second floor, newly renovated room. I opened the door, and smelled the paint and such - I turned on the light and cockroaches scattered. I wet back to the front desk and turned in the keys and found a Hampton in. The hotel itself is not in a bad area - but the upkeep has been very very very poor. It is a really gross place to stay. Dirty, dangerous. "

Our double queen bed room that I booked online wasn’t available anymore but they got us an extra room for no additional cost except the $100 deposit.
