Anna Maria Sound water views from every room. The screened lanai looks out over the courtyard on one side and the water on the other — morning coffee here with the Sound in front of you and the sunset arriving later from the same position. This unit has one of the most complete water view orientations in the One Particular Harbour portfolio.

The condo is 1,500 square feet with an open layout. Everything was completely furnished new in July 2021 — new kitchen, new furnishings, new appliances throughout. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. The large screened lanai is where the mornings go.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests comfortable sharing the space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. High-speed WiFi included.

Four complimentary bikes are included with this unit — more than the standard OPH offering — along with beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon for trips to the water. The heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot, splash zone, and BBQ grilling area are all available. The deep water marina is steps away for sunset strolls. Floridays restaurant is on the property.

Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at One Particular Harbour and this unit specifically and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an up-scale unit with access to a pool and the beaches in Anna Maria Island. Our only concern was with a delay in the check-in process (the rental office was closed). All in all, we would stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The place is beautifully decorated and the location is great. The screened in patio is perfect to hang out on. We were very disappointed and concerned about the moldy/mildewy smell throughout our stay. The air condition’s humidity level was at 80% and there were obvious signs of mold on the vents. I sent a message through the app on the first day and it was never responded to. I would be cautious about renting this unit until this problem is rectified. Also very disappointed in the lack of response from the property management. Furniture in living room definitely needs to be replaced.

It was amazingly peaceful and beautiful.

Our experience was so amazing! The condo was beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed the terrace very much. The ceiling fans kept the air circulating. Spent a lot of time reading there. We liked being able to see the pool from our condo. The pool was so well taken care of and we enjoyed it all so very much! We will visit again soon.
