The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo is pet friendly and includes a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, a double and twin size bed in the guest bedroom, with a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee. This property has just been completely furnished and everything is brand new, July 2021.

There is a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.

One Particular Harbor is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access.
