Perfect house and location

This house was perfect for us! Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub could not have been better! The location was just right- safe and quiet yet walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and the free trolley made it easy to get around anywhere on the island.

Spring Break

Beautiful property and great location

Stayed with my mom and sister. Very clan and decorated very nicely. The beds were comfortable and lots of space to hang all of our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans and glasses, plates etc. The pool area is beautiful. Easy walk to Bridge St for shops and easy access to beach. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing property

This property was clean, comfortable, and completely exceeded all expectations! Perfect location and 2 minute walk to Cortez beach/not even a 1 minute walk to the bay. Beautiful views from the top deck and pool was perfect to cool off in after a long day on the beach. Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful house in paradise!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The location is perfect for a beach vacation. You can walk out and go to the dock of the lagoon or walk a few houses down to the beach!! The private pool was our favorite part, so nice and refreshing!! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful experience! The location is excellent and the home is cozy, pool is beautiful and private. We also really enjoyed the rooftop sitting area. We will definitely be staying again.

Mother daughter getaway

Stayed at the property for my mom’s 70th Birthday celebration. The location is perfect for what we wanted by being able to walk to the beach and into town if we wanted. Having the pool was amazing and when we had an issue with the shower drain it was addressed first thing the next day. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing Beach House

This home is located near the bay and blocks to the beach. It has a lovely secluded pool and chairs on the deck and upper level to watch the sunsets. We were so happy with this rental! Clean, updated, fantastic location and perfect for relaxing on Anna Maria Island. We definitely would love to return.

Spring Break 2024

Property and location was great. Pool/Spa was a hit with my 13 and 16 year old boys. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closets and drawers even in the bathrooms. Kitchen had pantry space. Outside grill was large and cooked well. Downstairs half bath was convenient. The pool area and furniture was very nice and comfortable. Screened in porch was a fun extra space for prepping all of the fishing gear. The street has a nice small pier to walk down to the bay side. Vacation company communicated well.

Pre-Holiday Get Away

Quick walk to the beach or Bridge Street. The heated pool and hot tub was great for our young boys since the weather was a little windy and cold. They swam probably 2-3x each day.

Last minute trip

Great Family Vacation

Location, neifhborhood, Cleanliness, Short walk to beach, private pool, property owner, all 5 star rating. Construction going on all week across the street was the only negative, but that isn't a permanent problem. Would definitely come back again next year.

Best Stay!

The location of this house is perfect! We have a 13,11, and 9 year old and we loved being able to walk to the beach and the street with shops/restaurants. Having a private pool all to ourselves was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful AMI beach house

My family and I stayed a week and absolutely loved this beach house! Private pool, close to everything and witnessed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Highly recommend this location.

We had an amazing stay!

What a great vacation we had staying at this rental, the location was perfect for us to experience the "Island Lifestyle" and close by restaurants and shops. This lovely home was so enjoyable to visit. It was bright and clean inside and was very comfortable in each room, from the cozy living room couches to the beds in the bedrooms. We didn’t cook too much but the kitchen was nicely stocked. We really enjoyed hanging out by the wonderful pool and spa especially, and we made the short walk to the beach to watch sunsets each evening. If you are looking for a wonderful beach house to rent we highly suggest Sideways! We already rebooked for next year.
