who loved to spend her summers in the sand. From the moment you arrive, Betty will spoil you the way a grandma would. A fully stocked coffee bar welcomes you, including coffee pods to brew a fresh start to your day, and bathroom essentials help to leave your worries behind. A timeless three bedroom, two bathroom coastal condo located between the stunning intercoastal bay and sunset haven of the Gulf Coast, just a 2 minute walk from door to shore!

Upon entering, you're welcomed with a stunning floor plan brightened by a natural glow of sunlight from the large balcony. Take in the beauty of the Bay from the covered pavilion wooden swing, cast a line from the fishing dock or launch your kayaks. Catch some rays and take a dip in one of the two heated community pools, or relax in the hot tub with friends. You will also find one parking space in guest parking and a covered parking space under the building across from a large storage unit, which has a luggage and grocery cart for guest use, making it easy to unload your car. Beach items include: 6 beach chairs, a large beach wagon, an umbrella. If you need a baby tent for littles under 2, please inquire in advance. There is elevator access to each building floor, which provides ease unloading your luggage, taking the family for a walk in the stroller, and will helps guests who may have mobility concerns.
The kitchen is where your family chef will feel right at home! It is fully equipped with the essentials along with bonus extras including a latte machine, air fryer, blender and traditional coffee pot. Stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar complete with 4 gorgeous high back stools open to dining and living spaces create a welcoming, inclusive vibe. The primary bedroom is designed with luxury and comfort in mind. A brand new king size bed, dresser, bedside tables with ambient lighting (with charging ports for your phones), ceiling fan and new 55" Smart TV offer you an escape on lazy mornings.
An ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, new light fixtures and a beautifully tiled step-in shower. The guest bedrooms have plush bedding and calming decor. The hallway bathroom has a bright vanity and a shower/tub combination. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer available for guest use.
You will love walking to some of Anna Maria's favorite restaurants, including Wicked Cantina, the Beach House, Smoqehouse BBQ. Drive just 5 minutes over Cortez Bridge to indulge in The Fox Mercantile coffee stop or Cortez Kitchen for live music on a Friday or Saturday night. Hop on the complimentary AMI Trolley to cruise to Bridge Street Pier with waterfront dining options, fresh seafood, The Fish Hole for putt-putt and local shops. Consider renting a golf cart, and head up to Pine Street for a treat at Donut Experiment and paint a sand dollar at Shiny Fish Emporium. Rent a bike for neighborhood exploration or head out early for morning walks along the beach before it gets too hot! Betty by the Beach isn't just a condo, it's an experience.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
