Wake up beside the River in this 3 bedroom, year round cottage in the heart of Muskoka. Situated at the water’s edge, the generous waterside deck & screened Muskoka room offer gorgeous river views. The Fall Colours are on now; use the Free Ontario Parks Day Pass incl w your stay to view them at their best.

Nestled in the pines, this wifi-equipped, renovated cottage has a full kitchen, BBQ, outdoor dining, bonfire patio, decks, dock, ample parking for vehicles + trailers. There is also a canoe and 2 kayaks provided for exploring the river.

Whether planning a private getaway or a multi-generational experience, you'll feel at home here.

Featuring 3 bedrooms with 5 beds (all with organic, hypo-allergenic mattresses) this renovated classic cottage comfortably sleeps 8 people. With a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, outdoor dining and lounging areas plus landscaped riverside bonfire seating, you'll never run out of spaces from which to enjoy the river view and soft sounds.

The living room is equipped with a luxurious leather sofa, large smart TV, Apple TV and WiFi. Whether you’re streaming an evening program or want to catch up on some work from ‘home’ you can connect in comfort while others play air hockey on the other side of the cottage or enjoy a game in the screened Muskoka Room. Beautiful Muskoka Getaway
This is an absolutely beautiful spot. Our only regret was not booking it for longer. It exceeded our expectations and the peaceful environment left us feeling completely refreshed. We would return to this rental in a heartbeat. The host communicated very well and every amenity was as advertised.

Perfect for a Cottage Getaway
We had an excellent stay at this property. Quiet location, good amenities and perfect as a cottage vacation. The sun room was a great spot to relax and read a book, the dock made swimming easy, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, very satisfied with the stay!

Great stay!
This place was very clean and very fun to stay at. The beds, the kitchen, and the bathrooms were all very clean. There was a great view of the river and the dock even had kayaks and a canoe with life jackets in all sizes for children, teens and adults! There was a forest trail nearby as well as an area for campfires. It was very enjoyable and there were even toys for the little ones! It was an overall amazing place and I definitely recommend staying here!

Great Getaway!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cottage and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cottage is incredibly cozy, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. It was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. The living room was perfect for relaxing, with comfortable furniture. The location was also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to all resort amenities. Great Getaway!
The cottage is clean and well equiped, kitchen and dining needs are provided. The location is quiet and calm which was what we needed. It's only 2 hrs away from the city so very accessible. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

Perfect fall weekend!
This cottage and property were so great! The cottage has such great beds and a great couch, was so clean. The property was what really blew us away with its beauty. Muskoka was really showing its colours this weekend. The river was gorgeous and we had a swim and thoroughly enjoyed canoeing on the peaceful river, in awe of the views and sitting in the chairs taking it all in. Highly recommend!
