"We had a lovely stay at The Water Edge. The owner is incredibly kind and responsive, and the property itself is absolutely gorgeous — cozy, clean, and set in a beautiful location that really lives up to the name.One important thing to note for anyone visiting in the winter: the road leading into the cottage is not ploughed. Between our three vehicles, we got stuck four separate times, and I had to call CAA twice to get us out. It was a stressful experience that definitely impacted our trip.I would strongly recommend having an all-wheel-drive vehicle during winter conditions. This wasn’t mentioned on the website, and it would be very helpful for future guests to know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.Overall, a beautiful place with a wonderful owner — just be prepared if you’re visiting in the winter."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The house was very clean, check-in was easy and smooth, and the owner was responsive until we went in to stay. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. We really liked the house and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"
