"Huize Bozanov" is a part of a typical Czech farmhouse, completely renovated while maintaining the old style.
The house has a living area of no less than 135 m2 and is suitable for renting to 2 to 8 people. A combination of luxury and comfort has been found in the farmhouse while maintaining the old style and atmosphere.
From the house you have a beautiful view over vast meadows and the Broumovské Steny mountain range.

It is located in the picturesque village of Bozanov, in the middle of the protected nature area Broumovské Steny with its unique rock formations. This area wins the hearts of its visitors through tranquility and unspoiled nature and is an ideal base for recreational and sporting activities such as walking and cycling. The paths are well marked. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, cycling / mountain biking, horse riding, mountain climbing, canoeing, fishing or (cultural) trips by motorcycle or car.
In winter this is a beautiful area for skiing, cross-country skiing and snow walking. There are various ski lifts and cross-country ski trails in the vicinity of Božanov. Equipment can be rented on site and there is the possibility of taking Dutch / German / English skiing and / or snowboard lessons.

Huize Bozanov is located near a small-scale campsite. Of course you can use all the facilities such as the heated swimming pool, playground, soccer field and the recreation room with, among other things, table tennis, table football and billiards (only in the summer months). In addition, numerous activities are organized such as mountain climbing, hiking, canoeing and horse riding, and excursions to the oldest beer brewery in the Czech Republic.

Holiday home layout: In the more than 100-year-old nostalgic farmhouse, the original elements have been preserved everywhere as much as possible, creating a unique atmosphere in the entire house.
The farmhouse has a spacious living room with an L-shaped open kitchen with all comfort. There is a cozy dining area in the kitchen.
The living room is very tastefully decorated with a cozy sitting area and has satellite TV. The original beams of the old farmhouse have been preserved in the living room and open kitchen, creating a romantic atmosphere. The interior has been carefully chosen to preserve the old style of the farm, resulting in a warm atmosphere.
In the former stable of the farm are a spacious hall, a toilet and 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed.
On the first floor there is also a 3rd spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, a separate 2nd toilet, a spacious luxury bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, 2 washbasins and a separate shower.
From the very large garden you have a magnificent view of the mountainous landscape and farmlands and a good chance of seeing deer grazing.
