Exceptional Luxury Resort

Enjoy a gorgeous Boynton Vacation within steps of the beach, restaurants and resort amenities! Amazing quiet Intra-Coastal location with great eateries, a short walking distance to the beaches, right by the Ocean Avenue bridge, a short hop to beach, on the south side of the Palm Beaches. From this location you can travel A1A to Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Delray Beach - all a short drive away. Resort amenities include Pool, Hot Spa, Exercise Room and more. Dine, go fishing or just cruise the waters by renting boats or personal watercraft right in front of building entrance. A tenant evaluation form must be submitted and paid for as a condition of the rental. This $200 evaluation fee helps ensure a secure property and will register you and enable fobs that open the way into Marina Village, pool, jacuzzi and more.   • Located behind this gated wall is the home that Joseph Kennedy purchased in 1933 as a family winter home. It was here that Future President John F Kennedy wrote his inaugural address and selected his cabinet. It was also here that Joseph Kennedy had a stroke in 1961 that left him unable to speak. And, it was here that JFKs nephew William Kennedy Smith was accused and acquitted of rape in 1991. The home was sold for 4.9 Million dollars in 1995.

I had a great month here! Beautiful building, pool, and people, with great security and parking. Jose's place was the perfect size for two, and it was close to the beach and a short drive away from the Delray strip. Perfect location for exploring South Florida. I hope to be back soon! :)

Booking process was a bit longer than expected. Third party background check and approval process. Once process was finalized the rest was smooth. Unit was as shown and described. Would recomend and rent again if the need arises.

Boynton Beach Spring 2023

The rental is in a great location, close to the intercoastal and the beach, plus restaurants and shopping. Once getting passed the HOA application process, I found the location to be safe, quiet and convenient. The owner, Jose, was very accessible and accommodating, a pleasure to know and work with.

Perfect Location

Great condo for 1-2 people looking to enjoy being able to walk to great restaurants and bars while still being close to the beach. Host was very communicative, and made sure everything was taken care of.

I stayed here originally for two months and ended up extending another 6 weeks. Jose has a phenomenal unit in an ideal location in Boynton Beach. Very quiet but close to everything including the beach. Jose was an excellent host and communication was seamless. Very comfortable and relaxing stay here.

Jose was a great host. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and everything in working order. Lovely pool and hot tub, Great Location at the Marina , short walk to several good restaurants and short walk to ocean beach.

What an amazing space and location!! Super clean and very well equipped with anything and everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Jose and the staff at Marina Village made the entire process absolutely seamless and were helpful and responsive for my whole 3-month trip. I highly recommend anyone looking to stay in the Boynton/Delray area to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!

Great location and apartment

I am a travel nurse that stayed here for 4 months and loved my experience! Jose and Cassandra were both easily accessible and available for anything that was needed. The apartment was clean and pictures were accurate. I felt very safe staying in the building and loved all the amenities- pool, hot tub, spot In parking garage, gym, Amazon hub for packages, etc. and it was about a 10 min walk to the beach! Easy walk to many restaurants in Boynton and quick 10 minute drive to Atlantic Ave in Delray. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back. This property is part of an HOA so you have to fill out an application and pay a small fee before checking in.
