ボイン シティーのアパート

「Very nice place to stay. The little town was fun and we had an enjoyable stay!」

「Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. Unit did not have as many beds as advertised so I’m glad we didn’t need more. AC unit was incredibly loud and not very efficient. Had to...

「The main advantage of this property is its location; you simply can't beat it if you want to sample the pleasures of Charlevoix. It is also very clean and well equipped by an owner who communicates well. Despite being in” the middle of it all,” even during Venetian Festival, it was very quiet. 「Second time we have stayed here and we love it!!」

「My family and I (we have 2 boys - 7 and 5) truly enjoyed spending a week in Charlevoix in the Kroger Lofts. The property was spotless, decorated well and a super convenient location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. The place was also well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, games, etc. My family and I definitely recommend staying here!」

「Very clean!」

「Nice cozy place! The host was on top of all the information you need! Located just off the highway so its easy to get to!」

「Clean updated room. Great hot water and pressure in the shower!」

「Nice room. Very clean. Easy check in. There is a laundry room on the property. 」

「Clean, convenient nice place to stay. Very well thought out property, I would highly recommend staying here.」

「Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...
