"I have tried over 5x for a call back in regards to my red jacket that was left in closet in one of the rooms I rented. I've even left 2 mgs for Nick the Manager to call me back. I have been patient and pleasant up to this point. Also 45 minutes after the started breakfast most of everything was gone if it was even there to begin with. It now is 2 weeks later . "

"I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. And there are restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate. Note that the only downside was that there is only one entrance/exit out of the building in the front lobby. Side entrances/exits are considered "emergency exits" and were inaccessible. Also, there was not someone at the front desk 24/7. I wanted to check out early in the morning, but the front desk was closed. Still, it was a good experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From booking to arrival, check-in, thoughtful follow-ups during our stay, and even departure—every detail was handled flawlessly. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, and every detail felt so intentional and welcoming. And when they say the pool is heated—they mean it! We started our days with a morning dip, spent afternoons exploring, and returned to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the evenings.The backyard was absolutely beautiful. The fruit trees were such a special touch, and waking up to the birds in the morning made it feel peaceful and serene. Everything about this place was just lovely.This stay truly felt like a home away from home. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for making our family vacation so special—it was an absolute treasure. We are already looking forward to returning soon."

"There is nothing near the location of this hotel - be prepared to travel a distance to eat. Staff was friendly but there is NO amenities. Share a bar of soap between washing hands and showering. A two in one shampoo and conditioner. We were told it was a queen bed - it was barely a full. Three half size pillows. One towel per guest. $10 chips in the snack machine. Light Breakfast provided was hot water and an oatmeal packet. No Iron, no do not disturb sign. It has a stench in the hallway that almost made you gag. Only good think about this place is that it was a clean room!"

"This place is a dump!! Homeless people wander around the parking lots, trash everywhere! The clerk could not find the time to help us locate our room. The room was filthy!! Mold in the shower, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, carpets not vaccumed, closet doors falling apart, looks like someone threw an egg on the wall and it was never cleaned up, holes in the sheets, stained sheets and lastly... boogers on the bathroom walls. There was a fire that broke out and the fire alarms did not go off. Three rooms were destroyed in the fire. That night they cut the power to the building and did not go around to tell people. No power in 90 degree temps in the middle of the night while sleeping...."
