"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ...

"What a great little apartment! Close to both the METRO and Adams-Morgan, one of my favorite neighborhoods in DC. Neat and clean. Our host, April, was most helpful, both during our stay snd as we prepared to come. Looking forward to coming back!!!"

"The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip."

"The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was...

"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "

"Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

"Love that they have a restaurant available for all day. On site, reasonable self parking ,
The bar at the pool was also fun. The room was very cool and comfortable. In my room I had little bathroom counter space , but I had a bargain priced room. I will totally stay here again. The staff are very very helpful, polite and professional"
"The staff was wonderful, always helpful, holding doors for me because I am disabled. Martin, Charlotte, Margina are some of the names that I remember who always went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back."
"The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were clean and very well maintained. There was a lounge to get coffee. The check-in was a little rough with kiosks, but the location and amenities couldn't be beat."
"The hotel has a connection to Poe, which adds to its charm. It is clean and comfortable and within walking distance of some good restaurants. The free coffee in the morning was welcome."
"Stayed at Moxy DC for birthday celebration and had an excellent exerperience. I had a corner room with great views. Everyone from front desk, bartender, and housekeeping all provided top notch hospitality.
Also, loved there were different activities which occur throughout the month-definitely not a boring hotel!"
"Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and quiet. The only negative was the valet, for $55 a night, I would expect prompt service. We had to wait well over a half hour just to see a valet and the lady waiting for valet before us was flipping out that she was going to be late for a very important meeting. So that the only constructive criticism I would leave."
"Overall a really nice hotel. It’s in the heart of downtown DC which is perfect and allows for the opportunity to walk just about everywhere. The bathroom floor could’ve been cleaner when we first arrived but the room was overall clean. The tv barely worked, which for us wasn’t a probably because we were constantly out. However, if you want to wind down and watch the tv I wouldn’t recommend it, we ended up just watching shows on our phone."
"Best hotel, Bravo! Super comfortable, very cozy, big lobby, rooms. Nice coffee shop and summer pool. May be food upstairs is not the best.
I would like to thank your server on top floor, he was very professional and nice when my child asked for the watermelon.
Thank you Arlo"
