The towels are old and discolored. - The appliances are old and very used. For example our microwave had no labels on the buttons and we had to guess how to use it - very adventurous, lol. - We did not eat the breakfast. - The Pool is outdoors, we did not use it because we traveled in December and it was cold and raining. - Tariq at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. However, the other front desk staff (who was a female) was not as supportive when we asked for clean bed sheets. - The room design is strange. The room we stayed in the bed is right next to the front door. - The hallways are unlit and very dark. - There are washing machines in the rooms which is great for laundry, but no dryers.
