Just 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and 45 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, in the heart of the Brioude region, this former 19th-century shop has been carefully renovated into a private residence. The detached house, located on the edge of a small village, is surrounded by a large, enclosed, and wooded park (2000 m²) – the perfect playground for your children.

Inside, the generous living space allows for comfortable living, enhanced by tasteful décor.
