"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other...

May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. "Good hotel close to the city bus station. City communications is free over weekends. There was a small issue when we checked in that takes some time. After checking in we got a key to the room and we found that there was already someone. We have to go back to reception. Hotel is clean and was ok for short stay."

"Very nice hotel. We had large and very comfortable room. The lighting at the one end of the room was not ideal. The garbage and recycling was small for empty water bottles. Very good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. We had an issue for a plug for hairdryerand extended cord to front door outlet. The use of paper cups in the roomwas interesting but glasses at water station in the lobby. Overall great accommodating staff."

"We stayed one night to break a journey and to have a look at Nantes. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it's a short walk to the old part of the city with its bars and restaurants. We chose La Mangouste, which was great. There's a supermarket and bakery around the corner and parking at the hotel for a cost. Would recommend it."
