「I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

「The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus. The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring). The rooms themselves are large and spacious, certainly beautiful and designed in a comfortable way for the guest. But, this is where...

「비성수기임에도 불구하고 관리가 매우 잘되고 있었습니다. 작은 주방이 있고 냉장고가 커서 매우 유용했습니다. 조식은 주문형식으로 운영되고 있는데 매우 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 거실이 없는게 흠이지만 가격대비 매우 만족했습니다. 아이에 대한 배려도 좋았습니다. (아이 전용 목욕용품 제공, 엑스트라 베드 제공 등)」

「プールやジムなどの設備もあり、部屋も広め。チェックアウトが早朝だったため、頼んだらサウンドウィッチなどもたせてくれた。排水に難があり、水回りの音が気になるし、ミニバーがなかったりしたけれどスタッフは親切でした。市内断水のときは、ちゃんとバスタブに水をはっておいてくれた。シティセンターには歩くと時間はかかる立地。」

「Good We stayed over two nights at Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA in Burgasta city, Bulgaria. The hotel services, facilities were great. Good hospitality. The scenery from our room balcony was perfect even the night. The sunrise view also incredibly beautiful. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly less varieties of vegetables, there are more sweets or deserts, I meant fatty acid foods. Unfortunately the coffee machine were not exiting on the restaurant. It was a little sad that I was expecting to...

「Comfortable no frills apartment. Nice comfortable double bed. Only downside is there seems to be a foul smell coming from the toilet but other than that, everything is okay. 」

「Very convenient to the train station and walkable to centre of town. There is access to a great gym and sauna across the street for a moderate fee. Coffee not available until 7:30 am but there is a coffee machine across the street. 」

「Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! 」
