Had a wonderful stay. Very close to the airport, and you can’t beat a free shuttle to the airport. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

I was highly impressed and satisfied with the Roadway Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and recently updated. The shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver, prompt and drivers pleasant to talk to. Helped with bags and knew where to get you to at the busy airport.

This was a convenient location for us. Stay close to Logan airport. The shuttle worked great and the staff were really nice. It was pretty loud right next to a busy road that had traffic all night.

Location was good. Rooms were tiny, dated, poorly lit, safety hazards like bed skirts too big and hanging onto the floor creating a tripping situation. There was no hot water in 207 on Oct. 10, 2026; got just a little better than tepid. Blinds in 206 were broken and let in street light at night on Oct. 6 and 7, 2026. Staff was barely civil at times, non-smiling, But one female gave great instructions on how to get to the shuttle on Oct. 10. The young high school age boy at the desk on Oct. 11 did not have the social skills needed at that job. Never apologized for us not having hot water. Never even introduced himself, in fact, none of the staff did. We found out accidentally that you offer free shuttle to the Station because you don't list it. We had to take an uber. You all probably won't even read this let alone correct your issues, but you should. I paid $300 for a tiny room with no hot water and fell in the room!

Last minute overnight flight delay. Booked online showed up later at night. The staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. And they shuttled us back to the airport for free. Shuttle driver was polite, helpful and got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner.

Mentioning this because none of the other reviews did, and I wish we had known how terribly noisy this location is. Rooms are clean and shuttle works fine, but we didn't get any sleep because of the loud road and truck noises right outside our window all night. The room rates are too expensive for such a noisy place.
