• Pets $500

• Parties or events $1500

• Unapproved late check out $250

• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.

• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement



***Note: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up after the reservation has been confirmed and before the check-in date. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
