素晴らしいホテル
　受付の方が大変感じ良く、親切で、ホテルに戻ったら、今日はどうでした？などと聞いてくれ、ビジネス以外の会話もあり、アットホームな感じでした。ウォーターフロントまで徒歩圏なので、利便性も良く、最終日は午後の便でしたので、午前中は荷物をホテルに預け、すぐ近くの水族館に行き、散策し、お昼を食べてから、ホテルに戻り、荷物を持って、移動することができました。部屋には、電子レンジやコーヒーメーカーもありましたので、朝食は近くで買ってきたパンとジュース、そして、コーヒーを沸かして済まし、時間も節約できました。どうやら、ボストンで一番最初にできたホテルらしく、ロビーも趣があり、素晴らしかったです。

歴史ある建物と近代設備の融合が素敵
出張で2泊しましたが、歴史ある建物の中に作られた荘厳な感じと部屋の広さと天井の高さがとても気に入りました。コーヒーも10杯以上作れる量がおいてあり、助かりました。キッチンにレンジもあります。目の前にスーパー、すぐ裏にセブンイレブンもあり、食料品を買えば、簡単な食事も作れます。26階の展望台からの眺めがすばらしく、夜景が最高でした。

Amazing property, they could make some upgrades and make this a 5 star easily! Shower head in the bath was poor and water pressure issues. Staff at reception let the place down. They couldn’t find my booking after a few attempts and check out lady was unprofessional- she was boasting about it being her last day! Maybe just as well!

If you are in Boston this is the only place you want to stay. We can't say enough great things about this Hotel! This was our 3rd year in row to attend the marathon and this is hands down our best experience. What a great place, great staff and beautiful hotel!

This is an awesome place! The only thing I want to complain about is their AC unit. It sometimes blew cold air, sometimes hot air. And it is quite noisy at night. I have to turn it off later the night. Other than that, everything is perfect.

I would give 100 stars more if I could. We had a great time. The hotel is beauuuuutiful, the staff was so kind. They found out it was my birthday and gave me a prosecco bottle. Rooms were excellent too

Fantastic hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Parking, as with all hotels in Boston, is a rip-off.

This is my favorite building in Boston. My room was beautiful and the views are spectacular. The location to restaurants and the ferry makes is a perfect location. 10/10

Prime location in Boston
This was our second time in two months staying at the Custom House. The location could not be better. It is such a unique property and has all the amenities that you could need with a family. We will be back!

We were only here for one nights stay but wish it was more. Very good location, within walking distance to Faneuil Hall and North End. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable! Definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with the quality of this property. The location was spectacular as was the visibility of it's spire. Walking around downtown you knew exactly where the hotel was!

room in BAD location
room was nice, but we got put in a suite that the bed was next to the elevator shaft. All night long it sounded like jets taking off.

This was our first time to Boston. This hotel did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend if staying in the Boston area.
