Amazing Service. Definitely Recommend!
I loved staying here! I was here for a job convention for 3 nights, and the front desk had technical difficulty when I checked in, but everyone at the front desk was very kind and handed out water and snacks to the people in line. Especially one gentleman who helped me at the front desk remembered me the following couple of days and kindly helped me with whatever I needed. The service was amazing and I would love to come back again!

お薦め出来るホテル
アーリーチェックインをお願いしたのですが快く対応してくださった親切なフロントの方が優しかった。部屋でゆっくり移動の疲れを取ることが出来ました。部屋は天井も高く、私達のお部屋は窓からの眺めは悪かったもののダイニングテーブルの様なデスクテーブルがあり、とても使いやすいお部屋でした。レッドソックスのオフィシャルホテルとの事で部屋の中もポイントに赤を使っていたり、カーテンの柄もボールの縫い目になっていたりと可愛らしいお部屋でした。 ホテル内にお寿司店やつるとんたんがあり、アメリカの食事に胃が疲れていたところだったので日本人には有り難かったです。 シャワーの整備不良は要改善ですがバスタブもあり、またボストンに行く時には泊まりたいホテルです。

そこそこ満足
夜遅くにチェックインをしたため、フロントの人はあまり対応が良くなかったものの、十分に満足いくレベルだったと思います。ホテルそのものは、かなり清潔感も高く、広さも十分、フェンウェイパークのすぐ裏の立地で、野球好きには非常に良いホテルです。

We had the most amazing time in Boston. The staff, particularly Jonathan, played an important role in how that happened. They worked hard to deliver an experience above and beyond expectations. The hotel was impeccable. The location was perfect. The view of Fenway was awesome. Oh, and the room snacks….amazing ;)

Great location for a Sox game. Unfortunately, food that was supposed to be delivered to the room was delivered to the front lobby and there was zero communication by hotel staff that the food showed up. Also, one of the dresser doors pulled off the hinges while opening it and after notifying staff personnel, I was charged $115.00 in damage to the hotel room. Great location, but zero communication and poor customer service resulted in an overall disappointing stay.

Our room was great with beautiful bathroom, but no view. Guess you get what you pay for. Liked the attached restaurant—Brasserie. Very nice front desk staff. Gave us water bottles and snacks when we checked in. Free help yourself coffee bar in the morning. Elevators were fast and quiet. Walking distance to Fenway Park.

What a great place to stay! The staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. They were so personable and were so knowledgeable about the area. They gave us recommendations and told us how to use the trains as well as provided us with a map. They made great conversation too! The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a dream. I cannot wait to return

The photos for the hotel were very misleading… the roof top lounge - that’s only for a private party. Not open to the public. No views of Fenway park. Had to ask for everything- even an ice bucket / that is filled with ice. No ice machines Not impressed for the price

Overall poor, only coffee and and tea available in lobby and they ran out. No breakfast. No amenities. Room was awfully noisy with a leaking noise that kept us up all night. Reception clerk was not friendly: actually rather dry. Functional hotel nothing more.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Totally overpriced for zero amenities. One of the two restaurants was closed the entire time. The room was tiny and didn’t even have coffee. Close enough to Fenway but next visit, we’ll walk further for a nicer more updated hotel.
