ケンブリッジが見渡せるロケーション
ハーバードスクエアには近いとは言えないが、徒歩20分程度で行ける。また、１時間に１本弱であるが、シャトルが出ているので、うまく合わせれば便利。ケンブリッジが見渡せるロケーションによって、改めてケンブリッジの全体が自分の目で眺められたのはよかった。また、1階にジャズクラブがあるのもいい。時間を気にせず、楽しめる。スタッフもフレンドリーでよかった。朝食会場のスタッフは、もう少し改善の余地ありだが。部屋は広いし、全体的にとても満足できました。シャトルですが、夜ももう少し遅くまで走ってくれると、言うことがなくなるのですが…。

サウス駅から地下鉄とバスを乗り継いで約30分かかりましたが、川沿いの静かな場所で、客室の窓からの眺めも良く、満足しています。ホテルから4方面へ無料のシャトルバスサービスがあり、私はハーバード大学行きと水族館行きを利用しました。ホテルから川を渡った反対側(徒歩7～8分)にスーパーがあり便利でした。

サービスは良いが、立地に一部難あり
とても綺麗なホテルで満足でした。 ダウンタウンからは離れていますが、 4種類のシャトルバスを使いこなすことで観光はしやすかったです。 ①バーバードスクエア②MIT③Copley④Aquarium 一方で、夜遅めに帰る場合は駅から遠いため注意が必要。バス、タクシーの本数はかなり少ない（最寄りのバス停から徒歩8分ほどかかる笑） Uberがあるとより便利に過ごせんと思います。

最大のメリットは、バーバードビジネススクールに歩いて行けること。部屋は広いが、居間の照明は暗く仕事に不適。スタッフは基本的にフレンドリーではない。

オススメできるホテル
場所は中心地から多少離れているものの、uberで10ドルくらいの距離です。 部屋の綺麗さ、サービスともによかったです。 チェックイン時にくれるクッキーは美味しかったですが、ディナーと朝食は、油っぽすぎてダメでした。 ただし、滞在全体としては満足です。

I loved the layout of this hotel. It was very unique. The staff was very understanding and very helpful. Taina did a wonderful job making sure we felt welcomed and prepared.

A pleasant stay overall. Good value for what it is. It's a good general location, but it is situated on a crossroads of two busy roads Breakfast was pricey, but probably par for th course in Boston.

The real problem with this hotel is that it is incredibly noisy. The restaurant opens out into the open courtyard in the middle of the entire hotel. The noise carries and people are singing, carrying on, being noisy until at least midnight (even though the bar in the restaurant is supposed to close at 11pm). We complained about the noise in our room which was preventing us from sleeping (a big deal, given that we have flown across the country on a red-eye and were dead tired). They seemed to blame us for being too sensitive to noise. Pretty ridiculous given that they put us in a room right above the restaurant. Logistically, the parking is crazy expensive ($47 a day) but there is no other place to park nearby and the driveway opens on to one of the busiest thoroughfares in the Boston/Cambridge area. The rooms here are pretty clean. The suite is pretty good (though the door to room doesn't close properly - it's a sliding door). This place wasn't cheap so, other than the rooms being of a decent size, it's entirely inhospitable to being able to sleep or get to places easily - kind of the most important part of being in a hotel. I would only stay here if I had no other option.

We stayed here to be close to Harvard university. We had a large king room with separate living room. Very spacious. Room was very clean - looked in very new condition.

My family stayed here for 3 nights. My husband left his e-book in the breakfast dinning room and didn't realize until the next day when we have already left. We called the front desk and were told they found it already. They shipped it to us very quickly. Really appreciated!

Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately

Everything was good except the surprise 50 parking fee. This is how the hotel brings you in on what you think is a decent room price than oh yer 50 bucks to park car. It’s a bit over reaching. Just include the parking in room price. The way off al cart for parking feels like a money grab by hotel.

Nice stay except.....
Easy check in. Nice room. Relaxing hot tub. One thing I would complain about is the lack of information about parking. No one explained the parking garage. The garage charged 10.00 when we left with our ticket. We left twice so that’s 20.00. Yet the hotel charged us 47.00 for parking. It would have been nice to discuss this at check in. Also the next morning housekeeping came in to our room before 9. It was a light knock and she entered. My son was still sleeping and I was in my pjs.
