Our party of 4 had a great visit at the Charlesmark Hotel. The location is wonderful for accessing sites and restaurants. The staff all treated us with respect and were very helpful at all times. Very nice stay.

It was a nice room overlooking boyleston street. Perfect for what i needed as i was traveling alone. The bed was good and the shower was good. And i met family in the restaurant downstairs and had a refreshingly unique meal. The room is a bit on the small side but honestly perfect for my needs.

The hotel staff were very nice & helpful. Cleanliness of our room was decent except corners had spider webs & our AC made a squeeking noise the entire time when trying to sleep each night is probably my biggest complaint. Location is good for walking all over Boston. The free pastry included with your stay is a tiny croissant which was kinda humorous.
