There are three dedicated bedrooms and a loft space for sleeping. An open main floor with kitchen, dining area, and family room lead to the covered porch with great views. The finished basement with games, TV, and walk out patio is great for kids.

Wifi service works well from the house, but cell phone service can be spotty depending on the carrier . The drive to the house has spotty cell phone service - please use GPS to arrive.

OUTDOORS: Fenced in yard, furnished covered deck, wood pellet grill, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 flat-screen HD smart TVs, books, board games, and dining table. Extra blankets, linens, and pillows for sleeping.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped for your trip, drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, microwave, stainless steel appliances, cutlery, dishware & flatware.

INCLUDED: Free WiFi, A/C, central heat, complimentary toilet paper, soap, hand soap, washing machine detergent, towels/linens, washer/dryer, hair dryer, firewood, and pellets for pellet grill.

PARKING: Driveway (up to 6 vehicles, no parking on the street)

PETS: We love pets! Up to 2 pets (dogs only please) are welcome for an additional flat fee of $100. Please clean up after your dog in the house and yard.

TRASH: You must remove your own trash. There are two convenience facilities within 15 minutes.
