Wife and I stayed two nights at Hotel Family in mid-October, and had an exceptional experience. The street address is Dejzina Bikica, Sarajevo, but the entrance is actually down a side street at the opposite end of the building, away from Dejzina Bikica. There are several parking spaces facing nose-in along that street frontage. While searching for the entrance we were greeted at the upper end of the facility by Esmir. This place wowed us. Seriously. The family that runs it is amazing! So friendly, so welcoming, and so nice. When we arrived, we were given homemade lemonade - what an awesome, personal touch :) The room was clean and wonderful. The wifi was great. And the location cannot be beat - as the other reviews have said, you're literally steps away from the old bridge and right in old town.

We had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean—honestly, it felt as spotless as a hospital or pharmacy. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

it is a modern, comfortable, and very clean hotel. The staff very helpful and kind. they provide for every need we have.

Perfect in every way, down to the details. One day we (2 persons) had an early start, so the reception arranged to have the kitchen staff come in specially early to prepare a fully-fledged breakfast buffet. Hey other hotels, can you beat that?

Everything about this cute little apartment was wonderful.
