"NAKED IN SAUNA ENFORCED 😫 Great hotel and location, but WHY do you HAVE to be naked in the saunas. It’s 2025 and it excludes the majority of female guests. Get over it, fat naked men showing gear is not attractive for anyone anymore. "

"I have stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is nice, room was nicely decorated and spacious. Restaurant served delicious food abd offered very good service. The only disappointing thing was that all the pool abd spa facilities were not available during my whole stay. "

"Location is perfect, direct tramway to railroad station or Ban Jelačić square. Perfect breakfast, parking near the building, only too hot in room because the control is not working - just sleep with window open."

She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "No ventilation at all. AC but only recirculating air. Cheaply built hotel, does not translate to 4 stars in my opinion. Pool area was nice. "

"Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer hat sehr stark nach altem Aschenbecher gerochen, mit Kindern schwierig. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Abendessen war dürftig und wurde schlecht nachgefüllt. Die Therme, ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir hatten trotzdem viel Spaß. Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise zu empfehlen, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht planen."
