"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

"Property superb for families and dogs. (Cottage doesn’t strike as “doggy” place though. Very clean and tidy and everything you need. Garden superb. Grounds and forest lovely. Walkable to Widemouth bay which is lovely (but no footpath on road) Host is a fantastic. "This is a beautiful location. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and cosy with everything you need. Plenty of room for a family of 4. If you’re after a peaceful spot this is perfect. Only a very short drive to Port Isaac. We would love to come back again next year for a longer stay. Hosts are also extremely friendly :-) Thanks so much for having us."

"Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. A fly swat would be useful though - especially for a quiet undisturbed sleep at night. All linen, bathroom and utensils absolutely spotless though. Owners were...

"Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself."
