"All staff minus 1 were extremely helpful. They do however need to put bars on both sides of the ramp so it's easier for us disabled people to get up it. But the staff has been helpful by pushing me up it. I would love to keep staying here if they could lower the price or give a free night"

"If I could rent my room as an apartment I would in a heartbeat. The suite was amazing and I’ve been excited to stay there since they announced the hotel portion of the building. The marketplace is great as always and the room was big and comfortable. It has an industrial look which I love but it may not be your thing personally and that’s ok. There is noise from the trains going by but by no means unbearable but again if that’s something you’re sensitive to I understand. They did also provide earplugs but I didn’t need them to sleep like a baby. The kitchen area was great and loved the idea of the in unit laundry but didn’t utilize it this trip as I didn’t need to but was happy it was there. The staff was amazing as always and the process was super easy. Only complaint I had was there was only one remote for both tvs. Not sure if one was missing or that’s how it was supposed to be but not a big problem at all to me. Will be sure to stay again next time I’m in town. Hopefully for longer as there was so much cool stuff I didn’t get to do. Wish there were more places like this near me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!"

"Breakfast was good. Lot of options including eggs, waffles and baked goods. Beverages too, there were multiple options including tea, coffee, juices, fruits and yogurt. The property is good but older. It was moslty damp in all areas due to the swimming pool and poor exhaust system. It felt like it needed maintenance work. Rooms were decent size and clean."
