The home also includes a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer for convenience, and internet with a Smart TV to keep you connected. Step outside to a giant patio on the green belt with fabulous mountain views the perfect spot for morning coffee, stargazing, or simply soaking up the desert’s quiet magic.
As part of this quiet gated community, you’ll enjoy access to resort-style amenities such as a pool and spa, gym, pickleball and tennis courts, BBQs and picnic areas, and golf available for a fee. This property comes with a golf cart as well.
