Accommodations for up to 3 adults and families with 2–3 children; extra beds for 2 additional adults are available upon request. The town center, with shopping, cafés, and other amenities, is within walking distance. Well-maintained bike paths extend all the way to the Netherlands and to Winterswijk, just under 5 km away. Parking spaces for 3 cars at the house. Fully equipped built-in kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, capsule coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Open-concept living area with two terraces, each offering a view of the water. The living room features two sofa beds, armchairs, a table, and a TV, as well as a dining area with a dining table and chairs. The terrace with lake access is furnished with a garden table and chairs. Guest bathroom with sink and toilet in the hallway, as well as a storage room and coat closet. The first floor has underfloor heating, as does the bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, single sink with a wall-mounted radiator, two bathroom cabinets, and towels included.
