Bordertown bliss
We did a quick pit stop in Bordertown travelling from Melbourne to Adelaide. Sadie house was Gorgeous place and imade travelling long distance easier. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms throughout. Superquick walk to town and eateries. Loved all the extras!! Thank you Anna

Best in Bordertown
This heritage home has been tastefully renovated with a quaint cellar room, wood heater and all modern conveniences. It is easy walking distance to all the little town has to offer including local pub meals. Great stopover or place to stay to explore the area.

Gem for rural town
Lives up to the name as a boutique bed and breakfast. Great mid-point stop from Melbourne to Adelaide. Spacious rooms and love that there are different nooks around the home. One of the best bnbs I’ve stayed in.

Beautiful place
We were so impressed with our stay and one of the best we’ve stayed at. Every little thing had been catered for and we really felt at home. A Christmas tree was even set up in the lounge room and the kids loved it. Lots of toys/ games for kids to do. Quiet impressed. We look forward to staying here again on our passing through to Victoria.

This is a really nice, substantial house with huge renovated bathroom, comfortable beds with good linen, open fire - everything we needed for a happy stay.

Cute and Quaint comfort
Our stay in this older style home was so warming. From the entry through the front door I knew we would love it. The decorative styling and furniture were in keeping with the age of the building and yet the facilities had all the mod cons necessary for ease of use and comfort. I love the coffee machine! Just a little care was needed taking the steps to the cellar ... it was so nice and cool.

Perfect overnighted!
Had an Overnight stopover to Adelaide at this house. Kids loved all the board games and wifi of course! Great size house with a beautiful yard which was great for our dog to enjoy. Adults thoroughly enjoyed the space and a coffee machine, appreciated the breakfast provisions too, hosts have thought of everything

This gorgeous old house was beautifully renovated and furnished to be comfortably modern yet retaining its historical charm. It was impeccably clean and the hosts thoughtfully provided all our breakfast needs (fresh bread, butter, milk, OJ and condiments). We particularly appreciated the coffee machine! The super cool cellar added an extra level of interest. The garden was well-tended and there was lots of space for kids to run around. It was lovely to enjoy dinner on the outside table. The hosts have done an excellent job and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully Presented Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sadie House. Firstly, every room is presented beautifully with lovely furnishings and touches. Appropriate items are labelled and easy to locate. The cellar is stunning and a wonderful retreat. We really enjoyed exploring each room and finding little surprises such as games, books to read, bottles of water on each of the bedroom side drawers. The welcome plate of crackers, nuts and cheese was much appreciated. There are plenty of breakfast provisions provided. The owner, Cindy, was excellent in her communication about the property and responded quickly to any questions. One night wasn’t long enough to fully appreciate all of the features of the house.

Beautiful Bordertown stay!
We absolutely loved Cindy's property, lots of lovely extra personal touches which made our stay wonderful. So nice too to have a warm fire waiting for us on arrival, thank you!

Lovely cottage
This stay was because my husband was working in Bordertown for the week. Being a very pet friendly house made it ideal for us so so we could take our small fur baby’s with us. Will defineately stay again when he works back there in the future. Cindy’s communication was great.

Fabulous B&B
My 90 year old mother & I stayed at this delightful B&B in the heart of Bordertown, half way between Adelaide & Melbourne. What an unexpected treat! Meticulously clean, amazing attention to detail & very comfortable. Easy walking around the town which is looking very prosperous for a rural town. I’m a past B&B owner, AAA 4.5 star rated & accredited. Cindy, I would rate your beautiful B&B way up there with the best. My brother & his wife arrived unexpectedly & there was plenty of room & Cindy ensured everything was perfect. Loved the open fire & all the special touches. Highly recommend NB: there is even an outside ‘dog accommodation’ so our Labrador will be invited next time 🐾
