スムーズなチェックイン、近隣説明、ユーモア、笑顔など3泊しましたが、スタッフの方は楽しそうに働いて居られました。ネットワーク環境で使いこなせず、Ｈｅｌｐしたら部屋で親切に説明して頂き、妻共々感激いたしました。彼女に改めてお礼申し上げます。

買い物、観光に便利なオシャレなホテル
非常に便利な場所にあり、観光に便利です。併設されたレストランやバーもオシャレです。個人的にはケトルやコーヒー紅茶の設備が部屋にないのが少しガッカリ。有料ドリンクの冷蔵庫ではなく空っぽの小さな冷蔵庫があるとなお良い。ものすごく高いところに置かれた電子レンジは要らないと思いました。部屋は清潔でスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったです。wifiもしっかりしてました。

Pleasant hotel but not for business travellers.
Excellent location for walking to meetings as well as to sightseeing spots. Staff people were very nice, but there's no quiet lobby space because of the flamboyant restaurant/bar in the lobby. There is a microwave oven in the room located on a high shelf with no microwave resistant cup. The small refrigerator in the room is a vending machine type i.e. you cannot store anything for your own. The room was quiet and clean, and I felt it was spacious than the actual floor area size of the room. The view from my room on 5th floor through the very large window was just excellent.

Cute hotel! Lovely bar and fun decor. Wouldn’t stay there again because the area it is in is a bit sketchy (the street specifically) and the only view options are 2 buildings straight across from you on both sides .

A nice place. Right in the middle of the best walkable area of the city. Desk open 24 hours for check-in is a plus. Good friendly rooftop bar.

Hotel Mama Shelter Bordeaux, moderne et élégant! Cet hotel se démarque par son originalité et son emplacement. Situé dans un quartier historique près de la Cathédrale St-André et de la célèbre rue Ste-Catherine, Mama Shelter nous propose un séjour teinté d’une approche humaine et conviviale. L’accueil personnalisé avec une équipe passionnée, professionnelle et amicale. Des attentions particulières avec les clients, explications et consignes etc. La chambre: spacieuse, lumineuse et moderne. Décor sobre et épuré au goût du jour, lit confortable et literie de qualité. La chambre de bain bien équipée et moderne, serviettes propres et de qualité et en bonne quantité. Le resto au (rdc) est spectaculaire et spacieux, décor minimaliste et surprenant. Ameublement confortable, le p’tit dej est servi, plats réussis, appétissants et pour tous les goûts. Le service est exceptionnel. La salle à diner sur le toit: attraction majeure de l’hôtel, l’endroit par excellence pour un diner ou un cocktail , vue spectaculaire sur la ville de Bordeaux, un menu simple et varié mettant en valeur les produits locaux. Une cuisine chaleureuse, subtile et créative débordante de saveurs. Le service est impeccable, l’ambiance décontractée.
