Super accueil de la part de la réceptionniste du 12 janvier 21:30. Très professionnelle, et super sympa. Elle nous donne la chambre qui était très propre. Rien à dire , près du transport tram. Hôtel calme, propre, fidèle à son image.

Confort assez sparciate, malgré un prix de nuitée assez élevé. Réservé parce que le Ibis "Normal" (à deux pas, à 20 mètres, sur le même trottoir) n'était pas disponible. (Plus cher, mais offrant un service bien plus conséquent (Bar, chaise dans la chambre, etc...)

Muy mal No nos anduvo calefacción, reclame y nunca se ocuparon Habitación pequeña y baño … ni hablar… Parking deplorable sin Barrera y sin ticket sucio y con feo olor y aparte me lo cobraron más de lo debido y notificado por hotels La atención no es buena, la encargada no responde. Me paso que me equivoque de días y dieron vueltas para cambio, solo lo permitían si volvía a contratar con ellos, mal de su parte.

Hotel Review
The hotel in a good location and close to the tram which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux. You can collect the tram from the airport and it stops about 150 metres from the hotel. The tram is a bonus and costs on 1 euro 80cents for the Journey. The rooms are in good condition and clean. Although fairly tight for 3 people but easy and roomy for 2 persons. Shower big enough however toilet is pretty tight. Its a budget hotel and you get what you are paying for and I would stay there again.

Very easy to take a tram to the city center. Quiet with grocery and boulangerie next door. Property is a little tired in areas, but overall a great breakfast, hot water showers and clean bed.

Chambre simple mais propre
Acceuil sympathique, chambre propre, le lit est confortable et ferme, mais les oreillers sont un peu trop plat. Petit dejeuner simple mais bon.

This hotel was great. The staff were nice and friendly. I had an issue with the toilet and the staff immediately came and fixed it for me. The room was small. Toilet, shower and sink were three different area. The parking was a bit confusing. It shared the same spot as the regular parking lot. The hotel was in a great location, 20 minutes walk to city center.

Bien
Réservé pour une nuit. Hôtel très simple, mais pour une nuit c est suffisant. La chambre etait propre. Personnel sympathique. Petit bemol sur le choix au petit dejeuner mais pour le prix il restait satisfaisant.

Budget friendly for the heavy sleeper
Great staff, budget friendly room with basic amenities. Mattress extremely uncomfortable to the point where sleep was affected. Pillow flat as a pancake. Duvet small and towels tiny. Street drinkers creating noise outside within the hotel complex at all hours. Great location for exploring Bordeaux, close to tram stop and river.

El parking es barato comparado con el resto (9€/noche). Tiene al lado un carrefour. Se puede caminar hasta el centro y tiene parada de tranvía cerca. Como todos los ibis budget, tiene lo necesario sin lujos

Très bien situé, mais manque de propreté.
Habitués des Hôtels Ibis, celui ci était bien moins qualitatif que ceux dans lesquels nous avons séjourné : forte odeur d'urine dans nos WC, coulures et empruntes sur la porte. Le draps du lit superposé était recouvert de poussière, de petites peluches noires et de cheveux. J'ai dû refaire le lit pour que ma fille puisse y dormir. La poignée de la fenêtre était usée et du coup ne fermait pas bien, nous avons dû grimper sur le tabouret et pousser fort sur la fenêtre pour qu'elle ferme. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à 7h45, la poubelle devant le buffet débordait déjà de détritus, les plateaux sur les tables n'étaient pas débarrassés. Le parking était payant mais non sécurisé, en allant récupérer des affaires dans ma voiture le soir nous avons rencontré un groupe jeunes hommes. Le lendemain la barrière du parking était hors service, l'hôtel n'avait aucun moyen d'intervention. En revanche, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 20/25 minutes à pieds de la rue Sainte Catherine. Restaurants, cinéma, boulangerie et Carrefour market au pied de l'établissement, très pratique pour faire quelques courses avant de reprendre la route. Je ne doute pas que ce défaut de propreté soit juste un raté dû à l'important flux de clients. Si besoin, nous y séjournerons de retour.

Idéal pour une visite de Bordeaux.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Petite réserve par rapport à la climatisation réglée à 16° à notre arrivée (pas très écoresponsable !) et qui ne marche plus quand on veut la mettre en marche !
