スタッフはすばらしい対応だが・・・。
目の前がGaleries Lafayetteという、買い物好きにはたまらないセッティング、でも部屋がちょっと三つ星とはいえないレベル。ダブルベッドだから二人泊まりの想定なのに、座椅子は一つ、勿論ソファ、テーブルもない。クローゼットのハンガーも碌なものが無い。外の騒音が丸きこえ、大きい荷物を置いてLa Rochelleへでかけて帰ってきてからの部屋は表通りに面していて真夜中の酔客のどなりごえがうるさかったし、部屋の水道の出がチョロチョロでシャワーを浴びる気にもならなかった。内装の飛び抜けたデザインも人によっては好みが分かれるところ。でもスタッフの対応はすばらしかった。この落差は何だろうと考えてしまいました。

Excelente ubicación. La habitación demasiada pequeña y cara. Por estar ubicada en una calle con mucho movimiento hay mucho ruido en las noches.

The hotel and room smelled of sewer gas and rotting garbage. The TV did not work. Some lighting was burnt out. The faucets sprayed sideways. The curtains and walls were dirty. The balcony was littered with cigarette buts. The pillows were old with broken down foam. Needs a complete Reno to update the property especially getting rid of the smelly carpets. Would Not recommend. Definitely not worth the price we paid. :(

Hôtel sale, des joints de salle de bain noirs. Hôtel bruyant où nous sommes réveillés au milieu de la nuit par des hurlements dehors puis de bon matin par notre voisin de chambre qui avait décidé de mettre la musique fort.

Hotel très bien situé. Par contre les chambres au 1er étage sont très bruyantes car tout les clients passent devant pour le petit déjeuner et est situé à côté du local du personnel de nettoyage

Très bien á l'exception du petit déjeuner.
Hotel bien situé. Chambre propre et spacieuse, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner pas a la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles. Les viennoiseries sont vraisemblablement réchauffés sur place, peu de fruits, du jus d’orange en brique, des parts de jambon extrêmement petite, des bananes avec encore une étiquette de supermarché bref pas terrible du tout

The staff were great and breakfast is fine - the rooms were serviced well - there was a faint unpleasant odour in the bathroom - the location is ideal for sight seeing & restaurants

Lovely stay in Bordeaux. The hotel was really central. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We only had breakfast on the last morning we were there and it was really enjoyable and pretty reasonable. I'd certainly stay again. The only improvement is suggest would be to provide a kettle in the room.

Accueil très sympathique. On nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Les chambres sont immenses avec lit 180 cm très confortable. Salle de bain petite mais refaite récemment. Petit bémal : les oreillers sont un peu raplaplat..
