Fantastic room, great location and Amazing staff. Ate breakfast at both locations and it was tasty. They arranged a scooter rental and transfer to airport. Really enjoyed the property was a fantastic experience.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating , access to sister hotel is a big plus a it has a bigger pool and on the roof deck. The rooms are nice and big enough for 4 adults . Food is delicious and reasonably priced

Had a great experience. The staff were super helpful to my family and I. There was a larger sister property about two buildings down, that has the hotel, bar, and pool. Room's a bit small but great, strangely didn't have any wash cloths. The hotel is off the main area, so a bit quiet, but easy to walk to the front beach and good access to restaurants.

10th visit to Boracay and this was my easiest check in and departure out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed in this island. Perfect for solo travellers or those who just want to sleep without paying for luxury. I stayed at their sister property next door in 2022 and was also happy. Very friendly staff and location is super convenient. 5 mins walk from D Mall and 7 mins walk to the main beach. Coffee shop and ATM next door. Situated in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Lots of E-Trikes and Bike drivers nearby for transportation. Morning of departure Front Desk organised an easy airport transfer. Thank you Ferra Team, I will be back.

Staff were amazing, but small rooms

Rooms are wet small, so if you are 2 people with suitcases you will be constantly opening and then closing your cases. Bathroom is also very small Big plus is cleanliness and all staff

Location was Central and close to the beach. Areas convenient lots of restaurants and close to the Dmall, everything within a 5-minute walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. When was clean. Bathroom clean, needs a few maintenance update. Faucet was and a loose tile in the shower. But that could be fixed easily. You can hear quite a bit in the hallway so if you're a light sleeper you may wake up if other guests are loud. Overall place was good to stay. Cost effective and very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The staff didn’t change our sheets so we slept with sand for two or three days. We also recently bed bug bites from the room. Each morning waking up to new ones. Shower had smell and bugs. I requested the room be sprayed, it didn’t seem like it was followed up on. Room had menu for pizza but they discontinued the service.
