「EXCELLENT AND ENJOYABLE」

「Plenty of towels and paper goods. Lots of everything in the kitchen, pots, pans, glasses, cups. Nice furnishings and room for many people with the loft area. View is better than the picture on the website. Easy self check-in and also has nice appliances, including the washer/dryer. Would definitely stay again!」

「My husband and I enjoyed our week renting the second floor of The Captain’s House. The rental is spotless, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a wealth of books and brochures on things to do in the area. Hanging out on the second floor porch was heavenly. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.」

「On site parking with driving ease to and from Boothbay proper. Easy check in process, very clean room with secure entry and access. Spacious bathroom & large comfy king size bed. Adequate living room & kitchen spaces. Didn't bother with TV, but it's a decent size & set-up. Didn’t need to but, the laundry room would be easy to use for longer stays. Fairly quiet with both neighboring rooms occupied, minimal street noise. All in all: 5 stars, would recommend.」

「The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. 「Well appointed condo on a golf course. Easy drive to the highway. It was a great interim rental until we could get in our new home. Had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo.」

「Beautiful home that is a great proximity to Boothbay Harbor downtown. The pond is very nice but the water level was very low during our stay in March and there were no boats available as described in the listing. It is unclear whether this is something to note for all offseason travelers」

「My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

Off course, if your are looking for a neet and sophisticate lodding, it might not be the place for you… but it was perfect for us!
