SEASIDE LUXURY HOME
Du kan ikke få en bedre strandferie placering end dette. Dagdrøm på dækket med sine brede åbne udsigt. Spadseretur 50 meter lige over vejen, og dine tæer ramte sand og vand på Bartlett's Beach. Se børnene vandre i parken og se verden gå forbi, mens paraglider tager fly foran dig, alle observeret fra det udendørs underholdende dæk. Bartlett's Beach er en smuk lækker bugten, fantastisk til at samle skaller, spille på klipperne, svømme og boogie boarding. Patrolleret Rainbow Beach 5 til 10 minutters gang eller 2 minutters kørsel.

LAYOUT OG BEDDING
Hvert niveau har et opholdsstue, et badeværelse og 2 soveværelser, et med en queensize-seng og det andet med 2 enkeltsenge. Det lavere niveau har også et tekøkken og et bad / brusebad; perfekt til en større familie, en familie med små eller måske 2 familier, der ferie sammen. Nedenunder stue og legeplads omfatter bøger, spil, et dvd-bibliotek, moderne tv med surround sound system.

PARKERING
Afdæk carport og parkeringsplads på stedet, der passer til to biler. Masser af plads til både og trailere. Ejendommen er beliggende på en hjørne blok med masser af gade parkeringsplads. Strandparken med parkering er på tværs af vejen og kan observeres fra dækket.

Wonderful house in a great location

A stone throw away from the beach. This must be the best location in Bonny Hills. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved it.

A relaxing break!

This property accommodated 4 couples comfortably and the home provided everything we needed. Great location for swimming and walking, with wineries, cafes and restaurants not too far away. Great views, clean and very comfortable!

This house is so well set up for families holidaying. Spacious, very comfortable, coffee machine, spacious deck, Bali bed to laze & read on, right over the road to a reserve & dog friendly beach. Perfection!!

This house is lovely. Great location for a beach holiday.

Great house. We had terrible weather and only got to the beach once. So the little touches like the cards of inspiration for things to do where fantastic as was the internet and Netflix. You truely don’t need to bring anything, everything you need is there. Thank you.

Awesome location, fantastic house layout, gorgeous balcony with day bed

2 families staying over winter. This house is very protected from the cold, gas heaters upstairs & downstairs , exquisite balcony with a perfect day bed. Beds so comfortable in all rooms. Plenty of room for 2 families. Cleanliness on point. Perfect for the cooler months. Possible look at installing air con or fans for summer. Will be back, love this place

Better views then the race track

Booked this amazing place for the weekend while in the area Kart racing home the road! Group of 8 of us had plenty of room for the weekend. Would highly recommend! I also left my earbuds at the house and they were more than willing to assist in sending them back to me!

Beautiful home away from home

Loved this property for our school holiday break with the kids. Home was just as the photos described. Having 2 living areas was fantastic with teenagers. Very close to beach and amenities. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Quiet, beautiful location

The property was neat and well presented and we were welcomed with a lovely gift basket on arrival. Even though on a corner, the property was in a quiet location with Bartlett's Beach a 2 minute walk away. The views from the park are breathtaking and we spent many a restful hour on the huge deck reading and relaxing in the sun. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Well positioned and equiped

We enjoyed our stay at this property that ticked all the boxes for us. Nicely positioned in a spot that was not busy at all, with a lovely park across the road where we could play games, and the beach just down the steps. The house was super clean and well equipped - suited the needs of two separate families really well.
