Enjoy this three-bedroom, three bath home, conveniently nestled in a quiet neighborhood, on the edge of vintage Naples and historic Fort Myers Beach. Take advantage of all the amenities of Southwest Florida without the high rent. Included is a king size master ensuite, 1 queen bedroom with a private bath, a third queen bedroom, a third full main bathroom, 2 full size sleeper sofas, three refrigerators, spacious pool deck, grill patio with a fire pit, fully furnished kitchen, new appliances and plenty of place settings, six smart TVs and pool table.
