気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度
Not worth to stay
街の中心地でロケーションは良いが、スタッフの対応は悪い、チェックイン時間内にもかかわらずオフィスに人がおらず連絡がとれない、数泊宿泊するのにアメニティが少なく、自腹でトイレットペーパーを買うことになった、など問題が多すぎる。
This is the worstest hotel I ever stayed.
Staff is unfriendly, the place we have to check in is difficult to find because there is no sign “Iceman room”. You have to push the button “Resident Fink” to open the office door and if there is no one in the office, you can’t check in and also can’t ask anything about your stay.
We called and sent message via whatsapp, but didn’t get any answer.
We stayed 3 nights but had just one toilet paper and it wasn’t enough. We wanted to get some more papers and went to the office, but there was no one and couldn’t get anything, even though it was still check in time which they indicated on website. We had to buy toilet papers by ourselves.
The room is clean, but inside of the building is not clean. If you stay just one night is fine, but if you are planning to stay some nights, I recommend you not choose this hotel. No cleaning, no towel chenges, not enough equipments.
The building is located in the center of Bolzano and easy to access to station. There is nice supermarket next to the building.
