「Great location」

「受付で　別の方と間違えられ　二重請求されました　何度か説明し納得され　請求は取り消されてました　その他特に問題なく　対応もよかったです」

「Met host on arrival. Was really nice and helpful. Lovely house and having the hottub was amazing. Good area with links to Manchester on public transport. Was here for business but house made it so much more comfortable than living in a hotel. 」

「Property access details sent out several days ahead mention that check out time is strictly 10-11am. Nowhere in the listing does it mention that, just that checkout time is 11am. This required a complete change of plans to make sure we could leave between 10 and 11. Self check in required picking up the key from Jo Jos Chicken. There is no such store any more. No sign outside and everything is shuttered up. We asked at the steak place next door and they couldn’t give us any help, other than...
