The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions.
However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage emptying right on the first floor.. The street name literally translates to old fishery so you gotta be prepared in mornings to walk through the fresh fish market place right out of the building door with the corresponding smell, etc
My main issue with the place was that there's a lot of heat emanating from the restaurants below (prob the ovens) so much so that the kitchen and bathroom floor are always very warm, the air conditioning works but not really well and being and interior Aparment the ventilation is not great so be prepared to be warm inside
The support guys were responsive to my questions and issues however the Aparment heat is not something they could do anything about while someone is staying there. It would also be helpful if they provided written specific clear instructions on how to lock the door and operate the induction cook top as they're both particular.
So overall an ok place but beware of all these items so you're not surprise and disappointed during your stay.
